Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated 28 June 2026

This policy explains when you can cancel, return or get a refund for something bought through karthikonteddu.com (the “Site”). It is meant to be fair and clear, and it does not affect your statutory rights under Indian consumer law.

1. Overview

Because we sell a mix of digital products and services, the right outcome depends on what you bought and its state at the time of your request. The sections below set out how cancellations and refunds work for each type. Where a specific Offering states its own terms at the point of purchase, those terms apply in addition to this policy.

2. Digital products and downloads

Digital products (such as downloads, files and one-off digital goods) are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed. As a result, they are generally non-refundable after delivery. We will, however, provide a replacement or a refund if:

3. Apps and subscriptions

4. Services and consulting

5. How to request a cancellation or refund

Send your request through the Contact & Support page. Please include your order or receipt reference, the email used at purchase, and a short note on what went wrong. This helps us resolve it quickly.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor, Stripe. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to appear in your account then depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a formal dispute. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay the outcome while the dispute is investigated.

8. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian law. Where those rights give you a stronger remedy than this policy, the law prevails.

Need to cancel or request a refund? Start on the Contact & Support page and we'll take it from there.
