Terms of Service
Last updated 28 June 2026
These terms govern your use of karthikonteddu.com (the “Site”) and any digital products or services you buy through it. By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to them.
1. Who operates this Site
The Site is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in India (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”). For any question about these terms, or to identify the Operator and reach support, please use the Contact & Support page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
3. What we offer
We provide a mix of digital products and services, which may include software and applications, digital downloads, subscription access, and consulting or advisory services (together, the “Offerings”). The specific scope, features and price of any Offering are described at the point of purchase, and that description forms part of these terms.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
- Prices are shown at checkout and, unless stated otherwise, are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully authorised. We may decline or cancel an order if payment fails, if the order appears fraudulent, or if an Offering is unavailable.
- If a price is shown in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
5. Subscriptions and renewals
Where an Offering is sold as a subscription, it renews automatically for successive billing periods at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation and refund details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Licence and acceptable use
Subject to these terms and your payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Offerings for their intended purpose. You agree not to:
- copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute an Offering except as expressly permitted;
- reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
- use the Site or Offerings for any unlawful, infringing, or abusive purpose, or in a way that disrupts them for others.
8. Intellectual property
The Site and the Offerings, including their content, design, text, graphics and software, are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except for the licence granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
9. Third-party services and links
The Site may rely on or link to third-party services (for example, payment, hosting, email and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and Offerings are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any consulting or advisory output is provided for general guidance and does not constitute professional, legal, financial or other specialist advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to any Offering will not exceed the amount you paid for that Offering in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law, including your statutory consumer rights.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to an Offering if you breach these terms or use the Site unlawfully. You may stop using the Site at any time; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated terms.
